2012 Cadillac SRX

Serious Style. One glance at SRX and you know this is no ordinary crossover. The silhouette is fresh, bold and utterly distinctive. The stance is potent, with wide front and rear tracks and short overhangs that hint at SRX's impressive performance potential. The designers also integrated iconic Cadillac signature touches, like large, round wheel openings, vertical headlights and rear lights that subtly yet distinctly suggest tailfins. The end result is a vehicle that honours its proud heritage while simultaneously pointing the way to the future of crossover design.

Gripping Performance. SRX's available All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) system is engineered to make the most of the available traction in all circumstances. Developed in partnership with Haldex®, a world leader in AWD technology, the SRX system includes an electronic limited-slip rear differential. That means that, in addition to adjusting the distribution of power between the front and rear axles, it can redistribute the power to whichever rear wheel has the best grip on the road. The result? Improved traction in slippery conditions, along with greater control during hard cornering.
